RCA I - Assisted Living

The Resident Care Associate I (RCA I) is responsible for providing for patient comfort, safety and personal care.  Services include, but are not limited to, transportation, housekeeping and personal care.  The RCA I is responsible to report promptly and to demonstrate competency in providing the assigned service for the geriatric population.  The RCA I treats and cares for the elderly in a CCRC setting.  This position also provides assistance in all dietary functions in accordance with established dietary policies and procedures, and current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations and will assure that quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis and that the dietary department is maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary manner.

Requirements
