Cook I

Responsibilities

The primary purpose of this position is an entry-level cook's position for the beginning cook who is willing to take instruction in cooking techniques and kitchen skills.  This position will work under the general supervision of the Cook II & III, the Sous Chef, and the Executive Chef.  The person in this position will prepare and serve food products for the residents and customers, will follow proper procedures for receiving food and food storage, will perform assigned sanitation duties, assigned record-keeping duties, and other duties as assigned.

Cook II

Responsibilities

Under general supervision of the Executive Chef and the Sous Chef, prepares and cooks food products for residents and guests.  Assists the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in the receiving of food, proper food storage adn the completion of food prep sheets.  Performs sanitation duties, assigned record-keeping functions, and other duties as assigned.  Demonstrates positive interpersonal communication skills with co-workers, supervisor and other personnel.  Works cooperatively with co-workers at all levels.

PCA - Assisted Living

TThe Patient Care Assistant has the responsibility for providing for patient comfort, safety and personal care.  The PCA works under the direction of the Assisted Living Manager/Supervisor.  This position treats/cares for the elderly in an Assisted Living setting.
