Resident Centered Memory Care

Harmony is the newest addition at Meadowod's Health and Rehabilitation Center on the O'Connor Woods campus.
This new program provides medical services not offered in other memory care settings in the area. The nursing staff oversees the residents 24-hours a day, seven days a week, which allows Harmony to provide diabetic and other injections, tube feedings, oxygen and wound care when required.

Harmony has a capacity for 20 residents offering dementia specific activities. The staff is also trained in proper lifting techniques to be able to care for those unable to transfer on their own. A full range of rehabilitation services complements the skilled nursing facility, offering on-site evaluation and treatment by licensed physical, occupational and speech therapists.

Recently remodeled resident rooms provide a comfortable living environment with treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and personality of each resident. A new electronic monitoring system provides the latest perimeter notification system directly to each caregiver.
