Jill Baughman
Residential Living Advisor
Jill Baughman is the Residential Living Advisor at Eskaton
Cameron Park. She is passionate about enhancing the lives of
seniors and enjoys supporting residents and their families as
they navigate their way into their new home. For Jill,
seeing residents living their best life is the most rewarding
part of her role. Outside of work, Jill enjoys spending time
with her husband and two children and exploring the many
adventures that Northern California has to offer.
Elaine Brattin
Business Services Manager
Elaine Brattin is the Business Services Manager at
Eskaton Cameron Park and loves helping make sure the
community business runs smoothly for residents and
employees. She has spent the majority of her career
working for the State of California, gaining valuable
experience in both operations and training. Elaine joined
the Eskaton family in 2020 as a temporary Business Services
Manager at Eskaton Land Park. She then worked at the
Eskaton Support Center as a Planning Associate for the Strategy
and Innovation team. While running the business office is her
primary job function by day, Elaine also enjoys cooking and
being a grandmother.
Raja Martin
Director of Culinary Experience
Raja is the Director of Culinary Experience at
Eskaton Cameron Park. She has a passion for creating
high-quality meals for the residents. As a certified dietary
manager, she is responsible for managing the culinary team,
catering events within the community and meeting with residents
to better understand their dietary needs. In her spare time,
Raja can be found with her two kids and her pug or tending to
her garden.
Tom Noftsier
Maintenance Supervisor
Tom has worked in the environmental services industry for 22
years, gaining experience in maintenance, housekeeping and
building. As an experienced Maintenance Supervisor, he is
passionate about ensuring residents are receiving the highest
level of quality housekeeping and maintenance services. Outside
of work, Tom and his wife can be found exploring California in
their RV, camping, or simply relaxing by the pool.
