  2. Operations — Our dedicated teams work to create a workplace that promotes an inclusive culture by supporting professional growth for all employees and ensuring fair and equitable practices with hiring and promotions.
  3. Recruiting — Our goal is to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that reflects the communities we serve which begins with aligning our hiring and recruiting practices.
  4. Employee Engagement — Through our DEI efforts, we strive to foster employee engagement, promote learning, and create a sense of belonging for all members of our team.
  5. Community Impact — Through thoughtful sponsorships and collaborations, we connect our communities with local efforts to support underrepresented communities.
